Mid Penn Bank’s $15,000 Donation Will Benefit Students at Catholic Schools in Harrisburg

Mid Penn Bank presented a donation this week to the Diocese’s Neumann Scholarship Foundation, which offers scholarship assistance to families whose children are enrolled in Catholic schools in the Diocese of Harrisburg.

Mid Penn Bank’s $15,000 donation was made through the bank’s participation in Pennsylvania’s Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) program, which provides tax credits to businesses that contribute to scholarship organizations, like the Neumann Scholarship Foundation.

On April 7, Amanda Brigaman, First Vice President, Retail Market Manager of Mid Penn Bank, pictured second from left, presented the check to Donald Kaercher, Diocesan Chief Financial Officer; Daniel Breen, Diocesan Secretary for Education; and Kim Roche, Director of the Diocesan Office of Stewardship and Development.
