Earning the Crusaders’ second straight District 3 Class 2A Boys’ Doubles Tennis title, Lancaster Catholic’s duo George Brubaker and Connor Ott claimed the 2021-2022 championship on May 14. Brubaker, a member of last year’s championship team, and Ott topped Pequea Valley’s Wade Stoltzfus and Jazae Itegi, 6-3, 6-0, in the finals at the Hershey Racquet Club.
The Crusader duo was the top seed heading into the District 3 Class 2A championships. Brubaker and Ott now enter the PIAA State Tennis Championships, which begin May 27.
