Christmas Bazaars

St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Lancaster will hold its Christmas Bazaar, November 11 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and November 12 after the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Masses in the Resurrection Catholic School cafeteria. The theme this year is Christmas in America featuring free cake and coffee for veterans and a prayer service by Father Matthew Morelli at 11 a.m. Attendees may personalize special ornaments for a Memory Tree to remember loved ones. The tree will be placed in the church through the end of November. Much is offered including high-valued raffle items, wreath and garden, trim-a-tree, crafts, religious items, gift shop, gift baskets, baked goods and jewelry.  Raffle items are valued at a minimum of $50. Tickets are on sale after Masses at St. Anthony the last two weekends in October. Raffles are drawn at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 11. No need to be present to win. St. Francis Xavier Parish in Gettysburg will have its gift fair and holiday bazaar, Saturday, November 11 from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at Xavier Center on Table Rock Road. Local vendors, crafters and artisans. Christmas Candy Lane Game, vintage collectibles, holiday gifts, bake sale, door prizes, raffles and more. Call 717-309-2482 or visit for details. The Council of Catholic Women of Holy Name of Jesus Parish in Harrisburg will have their annual craft show on Saturday, November 4 from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the gymnasium. With free admission and over 60 vendors (jewelry, gluten-free sweets, Christmas decor, pottery, wood designs, artists, specialty tumblers and more!), basket raffles, and breakfast and lunch being served, this is one event you won’t want to miss to kick off your Christmas shopping.

Knights of Columbus Council #14865 in Hanover will host the annual Christmas Bazaar for St. Vincent de Paul Parish in the Monsignor Gotwalt Auditorium, 65 South Street, Hanover, PA 17331 on November 4 from 8 a.m.-noon.

The Council of Catholic Women of Assumption BVM Parish in Lebanon will have their annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 4, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the parish center. Great food, Christmas crafts, flea market, jewelry, delicious baked goods and candy. Food includes hotdogs with sauerkraut, haluski, pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, and egg rolls. There will be a 50-50 drawing, quilt raffle and a beautiful basket raffle.

St. Cecilia Parish in Lebanon will be holding their annual Christmas bazaar at their parish center at 750 State Drive on Saturday, November 18 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sugar cookies, plus walnut and poppyseed strudel will be available. There will also be a Christmas booth, jewelry/purse boutique, homemade candy/baked goods, chance booth, Santa Paws (pet treats and toys) and assorted artisan crafts. Light breakfast and lunch items will also be available. The Holy Name Society will have filling, pepper cabbage and sauerkraut for sale.

St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Quarryville will have its annual Christmas bazaar on November 18 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Their 33 vendors will have fantastic items for you to purchase for Christmas and Thanksgiving, including the 25th year of the parish’s Christmas “Sunbonnet Cowgirl Mouse.” Food menu consists of homemade breakfast burrito, chili, chicken corn soup, hot dogs, etc. For more information and questions, call 717-786-2695.

The Council of Catholic Women of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Cornwall will have their annual Christmas bazaar, Saturday, November 4 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The event will include a Christmas white elephant sale, Christmas treasures, gift baskets for bidding, a bake sale with homemade cookies and candies, as well as hotdogs, meatball subs, beef barbecue sandwiches and drinks. Take home a container of chicken corn noodle soup for dinner. Event will be held in the parish center.

St. Columba Parish and School in Bloomsburg will host WINTERFEST 2023 on Saturday, November 18, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. A variety of soups, Father Mowery’s lasagna, porketta, haluskies, chili, barbecue, pizza, hoagies, perogies, etc., and mouthwatering homemade baked goods will be served. You can dine in or take out. Also, a wonderful array of raffles will be featured along with the famous “Dollar Tree” and many talented craft vendors for your holiday shopping. St. John the Baptist in New Freedom is hosting a “Christmas Village and Holiday Marketplace” on Friday, November 10 from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, November 11 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. This event will take place in several spaces on the campus (Capitani Social Hall, Neumann Hall, as well as the upper and lower levels of the Main Church). Beautiful gift baskets, jewelry, baked goods, and flea market items will be available for purchase, and there will be silent auctions, as well as the ever-popular “Price-is-Right” section. Children can purchase gifts at the Secret Santa area while also having fun playing some holiday-themed games! Knights of Columbus Council 8891 will have delicious food for sale.

The Corpus Christi Parish Council of Catholic Women in Chambersburg will have a Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, November 4, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Parish Center. There are 26 vendors with a fantastic variety of unique hand sewn items, crafts, jewelry, home décor, baked goods and much more. St. Joan of Arc Parish Council of Catholic Women in Hershey will hold their Christmas bazaar on Saturday, November 11, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parish social hall. Come out and shop early for Christmas. Event will include Grandma’s attic treasures, great Christmas decorations, handmade craft items, jewelry, homemade baked items, raffle baskets and money tree. Homemade breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase.

The Columbiettes of St. Joseph Parish in Mechanicsburg will have their 10th annual Christmas Fest on Saturday, November 18, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Parish Life & Education Center. There will be 55 vendors with an array of handmade and commercial items; baked goods and pie sale; silent auction and ticket raffle; children’s crafts; food for purchase. Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in New Holland will host their Holiday Bazaar, Saturday, November 18 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parish center. Start your holiday shopping early! There will be a variety of unique handmade and homemade items, crafts, jewelry, home décor, baked goods and much more. Doors open at 8 a.m.; food will be available to purchase in the concession area. St. Paul the Apostle Parish Council of Catholic Women will have their annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 18 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parish social hall. Handmade craft items for decorating and gift giving, candies, cookies, pies, cakes and more. Café items for breakfast and lunch. Homemade potato filling will be available while supplies last.

St. Benedict the Abbot Parish in Lebanon will have its Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 11 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Join them for baked goods, rolls, cookies, candy, basket raffles and three turkey raffles. Food includes hotdogs, haluski, halupki, tamales, pozole, shrimp soup, empanadas, rice with pigeon peas and roast pork, homemade soups and more.

St. Joseph Parish in Berwick will host a Holiday Craft, Vendor and Food Fair on Saturday, November 4, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The fair will feature a variety of handmade crafts for fall, winter and the holidays. Take-out only menu includes stuffed shells and meatball dinner; fireball, sausage and porkette sandwiches; haluski; hotdogs and sauerkraut. The Council of Catholic Women will have a bake sale and sweet treats table. A Mini Health Fair will be offered by senior nursing students from Commonwealth University – Bloomsburg Campus, featuring blood pressure screenings and education about cardiovascular disease, Narcan administration, and resources that are locally available for those individuals in need of public assistance programs.

St. Peter Parish in Columbia will host its annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 2, following the 4:30 p.m. Mass, and Sunday, December 3, after the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Masses. The bazaar will feature our money raffle, basket raffle, craft items, baked goods and the “White Reindeer” table, back by popular demand. On Sunday, a full course dinner of baked penne and meatballs will be served from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The donation for the dinner is $10/adults and $5 for children under 12. Our Youth Choir will entertain at noon.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Elysburg will have its annual Christmas Bazaar, December 9 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m., featuring crafters, vendors, raffles, a cookie walk, delicious foods and baked goods. A few vendor spots are still available.

St. Mary’s Women’s Society of Immaculate Conception BVM Parish in York will host their annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 11, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, November 12, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. in the parish hall. Stop in for handmade crafts, homemade baked goods, attic treasures, raffles, gifts and more.

St. Patrick Parish in Carlisle will have its second annual Christmas Craft Market at the Parish Activity Center, Saturday, December 2 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., featuring talented local vendors, crafters and artisans. Don’t forget about our Cookie Extravaganza and concession sale as well. Admission and parking are free.

Seven Sorrows BVM Parish and School in Middletown will have their Christmas bazaar, Sunday, December 3. There will be a craft fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the school gym, plus cookies with Santa from 9-10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Nature Lab. For more information, e-mail

St. James Parish in Lititz will host its annual Christmas bazaar on Friday, November 17, from 3-8 p.m., and Saturday, November 18, from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public. There will be a wide assortment of handmade crafts, wreaths, floral arrangements, knitted items, and fun activities for people of all ages. Booths and areas will be open depending on availability and time of day. St. James Café’ will be open Friday evening from 4-8 p.m. Saturday’s menu includes light breakfast options, parish-made pulled pork, assorted sandwiches, pierogies, and salads for lunch from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. A ham/turkey dinner will be served Saturday from 5-7 p.m. For more information, call the parish office at 717-626-5580.

The Women’s Auxiliary of St. Philip the Apostle Parish in Millersville will host its annual Craft Fair on Saturday, December 2 from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the church located at the intersection of routes 741 and 999. Handmade craft items from 65 vendors will be available including such items as textiles, pottery, jewelry, stained glass, candles, pet gifts, homemade baked goods and many more. The Lancaster Public Library will be present offering a wide variety of used books for sale, and the Knights of Columbus will be providing food and drink items for purchase.
