Diocesan Notebook – February 29

The Diocese of Harrisburg’s annual Lorica Awards ceremony will be Sunday, March 17 at 4 p.m. at St. Patrick Cathedral in Harrisburg. The Lorica Award is bestowed by the Bishop of Harrisburg upon those individuals who have contributed to the life of the Church and the wider community through parish work, Catholic education, liturgical ministries, and charitable outreach.

Diocesan Notebook – February 15

The Italian Apostolate will host the annual St. Joseph Italian Mass, Sunday, March 17 at 1 p.m. at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Palmyra. Father Joshua Brommer and Father Anthony Dill will concelebrate the Mass. An Italian dinner reception will follow the Mass. Diocesan Notebook – October 26

Bishop Timothy Senior will celebrate Mass for All Souls Day on Thursday, November 2 at 8 a.m. at Saint Catherine Laboure Church, Harrisburg. Following the Mass, the Bishop will visit the graves of several former Bishops of Harrisburg, which are laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Harrisburg. All are invited to join Bishop Senior for Mass as we pray for the souls of the faithful departed.
